Inverted Monorail Conveyor System series
Kasin
WHAT IS AN INVERTED MONORAIL?
Kasin Inverted Monorail Conveyor System is just like a normal Monorail Conveying System, however, the chain is inverted. This allows more space in your factory or warehouse as the monorail can be set higher up. If a monorail is inverted, it means that the products will be below the monorail instead of attached on top. Advantages of using this type of system are they’re simple to manufacture and use, they are also relatively low in cost, but a disadvantage would be that there isn’t much flexibility. It offers all the benefits of a suspended monorail system but inverted and accessible on floor level.
Kasin inverted monorail system is ideal to convey and distribute smaller sized components within confined or enclosed spaces. Its independent vehicles excel in intelligently supplying automated workstations throughout production lines.
Load capacity: up to 1300 kg
Speed: 0-120 m/min
Climb/descent: max. 3° (5%)
Prime features of inverted monorail systems:
Individually controlled vehicles enable flexible conveyance on demand
High availability due to proven, maintenance-free system components
Flexible and adaptable to almost any solid components
Adaptable to all conveyor systems as well as warehouse, production and assembly installations
