This project is an overhead hanging conveying system for denim garment production. The customer needed an automated hanging transport line for denim fabrics and finished jeans during dyeing and post finishing procedures. In the early trial run phase, oil dripping occurred from the downward opening track, which brought risks of fabric contamination. We optimized the track structure to solve this field issue.

Adopt overhead hanging conveyor system for textile production. During commissioning, we found oil dripping risk caused by downward opening track. We modified and switched to upward opening track structure, which perfectly eliminated oil dripping onto denim fabrics. All contact components are optimized to prevent fabric scratching. The whole system is adapted to humid workshop conditions. We also deliver after sales quality assurance and maintenance guidance for stable long term operation.
