Conveyor System for Cylinder Painting & Coating Line

The customer needed an automated continuous conveying system integrated with painting and coating stations for cylindrical workpieces. The original manual handling led to unstable coating thickness, low throughput and high labor cost. They looked for a reliable overhead conveyor solution to connect loading, pre-treatment, painting, curing and unloading stations.

Automated transporting of hydraulic cylinders through full painting & coating processes, including loading, surface pre-treatment, spraying, oven curing and finished part unloading.

● Kasin Solution 

We designed a customized overhead power & free conveyor system. Special rotating fixtures were fitted to hold cylinders and rotate workpieces evenly in the spray booth. The track and trolley adopted heat-resistant structure and high-temperature lubrication. Adjustable line speed was implemented to coordinate with spraying and curing procedure.

Automated conveying replaced manual transfer. Uniform coating quality is guaranteed by rotary fixtures. Production capacity increased greatly while labor cost and defective rate reduced. The system runs steadily under high-temperature curing condition with less downtime.
