Kasin
Kasin NMC System: I- beam consists of chain, trolley and track. The chain is assembled out of center link, side link Connecting pin. Trolley is assembled out of the brackets, wheel and attachment. The trolley wheel moves on I- beam track. Trolley Bracket are drop forged from high strength alloy steel heat treated . Full complement Wheel filled with ball for high load carrying capacity. Wheels provided with seals and Grease nipple. Original seal guard available for extra protection.

*Heavy duty (200~600kg) –NMC-6I/Inch , Chain Pitch: 153.2mm
*Heavy duty (200~600kg) –NMC-6M/Metric , Chain Pitch: 160mm
Drop Forged Rivetless Chain
Available pitches 3”, 4” & 6”in Inch and 100mm & 160mm in Metric . All component are drop forged from high strength alley Steel and heat treated.
Trolley Bracket are drop forged from high strength alloy steel heat treated . Full complement Wheel filled with ball for high load carrying capacity. Wheels provided with seals and Grease nipple. Original seal guard available for extra protection.
HCT & VCT Track
Made of 3”/5”/” I-beam horizontal bends are provided with either a traction wheel or a roller turn assembly to hold the conveyor chain under vertical centerline of the track.
Caterpillar type and sprocket type 2.0/3.0/5.0 HP motor, other sizes and capacities Available. Variable speed option available. Multi drive system duly synchronized available for longer loop.
Take-Up Units
As chains become worn out, the chain length will extend and it also stretches when subjected to tension. Therefore, in order to maintain continuous and smooth operations, it is necessary to apply force to the chain after the chain leaves the drive unit. This is where the Take-Up device comes into play. lt absorbs the elongation of the chain, and maintains proper chain tension. This helps ensure smooth conveyor operation and reduces the possibility of chain blockages.
Take-Up devices can be used with pneumatic, counter-weight, and spring-operated tension adjustment methods to meet the needs of a variety of applications.
