This is an automotive workshop conveying project for passenger car production. The customer needed to upgrade their existing workshop logistics system to realize automatic transportation of car bodies among welding, painting and assembly workshops. The old conveying system suffered frequent start stop failures and limited buffer capacity, which restricted overall production efficiency.
